Visitors can explore the bustling souks and ancient medinas of cities like Marrakesh and Fez, hike in the Atlas Mountains, or relax on the beaches of Essaouira or Agadir.


Morocco has also been investing in its tourism infrastructure, with new hotels and resorts opening up across the country. The government has also implemented policies to attract foreign investors, including tax incentives and streamlined bureaucracy.


In addition, Morocco has been working to diversify its tourism markets beyond Europe, its traditional source of visitors, by targeting markets in the Middle East, Africa, and Asia. The country has also been promoting sustainable tourism practices, including eco-tourism and community-based tourism, to attract travelers seeking responsible travel options.


Overall, Morocco's tourism sector is expected to continue growing in the coming years, with the government aiming to reach 20 million annual visitors by 2020.
